An 8th grade student at Daphne Middle School, Braylee is a member of the National Junior Honor Society, serves as Student Government Association President, and has proudly represented her school as a cheerleader. She also recently earned a spot on the Junior Varsity Cheer Team at Daphne High School for the upcoming school year.

Academic Leadership and School Spirit

Her school and leadership activities include:

  • National Junior Honor Society
  • Student Government Association President
  • Daphne Middle School Cheerleader
  • Junior Varsity Cheerleader at Daphne High School

Through these experiences, Braylee continues to grow in confidence, responsibility, and teamwork.

Cheerleading, Tumbling, and Teamwork

These accomplishments reflect her discipline, energy, and commitment to excellence.

A Heart for Service

Service is an important part of Braylee’s story.

At Corinthian Missionary Baptist Church, she serves as a choir member, youth usher, and nursery ministry volunteer. Through these roles, she enjoys supporting families, encouraging younger children, and contributing to her church community with kindness and leadership.

Talents and Personal Interests

Braylee enjoys cheerleading, tumbling, singing, reading, and researching topics that interest her.

She loves learning new skills, staying active, and encouraging others through teamwork and leadership. These talents will continue to support her growth as a Junior Miss Juneteenth America participant.

Dream HBCU: Howard University

As part of the Miss Juneteenth America experience, each participant proudly represents her Dream HBCU, celebrating the connection between education, heritage, and leadership.

Braylee’s Dream HBCU is Howard University in Washington, D.C., a historic institution known for preparing leaders across medicine, law, education, public service, and the arts.

Guided by Doing What Is Right

Braylee’s favorite quote is:

“The time is always right to do what is right.” — Martin Luther King Jr.

This message reflects her desire to lead with character, kindness, and purpose.

A Future in Pediatric Medicine

Looking ahead, Braylee hopes to become a pediatrician, dedicating her future to caring for children and supporting families through medicine.
