Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a rewarding and enriching experience, all participants must meet the following criteria:
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Be single with no dependents
- Have no criminal record
- Possess a strong desire to volunteer with The Maynard 4 Foundation (virtual opportunities available)
- Obtain parental consent to participate (for those under 18)
- Be available for pageantry meetings (virtual options provided)
Who Can Participate?
We welcome all young ladies ready to embrace this empowering experience!
- Junior Miss Juneteenth America® (Ages 13–15): Compete in a supportive environment and grow your confidence.
- Teen Miss Juneteenth America® (Ages 16–18): Showcase your leadership, talent, and aspirations.
No pageant experience required! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned participant, we’re excited to welcome individuals from all backgrounds who wish to positively represent The Maynard 4 Foundation.
Program Fees and Payment Options
To begin your application, a $50 non-refundable application fee is required at registration—and the best part? It counts toward your total fee!
New Participants:
- Total Fee: $400 (after the $50 application fee)
- Flexible Payment Plan: $133.34/month (first payment due January 31, 2025)
Returning Participants:
- Total Fee: $300 (after the application fee)
- Flexible Payment Plan: $100/month (first payment due January 31, 2025)
Final Payment Due: April 1, 2025

Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment
By submitting your child’s application, you agree to the following:
- You have reviewed and understood the Rules and Regulations and the Roles and Responsibilities for the titleholder(s).
- You consent to all video, photography, and media coverage during and after the program. The Maynard 4 Foundation may use these materials for promotional and professional purposes.
- You hold The Maynard 4 Foundation harmless for any liability related to participation in the pageant and related events.

Financial Obligation
Registration costs $450, which is non-refundable and must be paid in full by May 1, 2025. When you submit your application, an application fee of $50 (also non-refundable) is required. If you pay this fee at the time of application, your remaining balance will be $400. If you choose to pay the entire amount upfront, you can do so at that time.
To help you manage payments, you will be set up for automatic monthly payments to ensure the full registration fee is received by the deadline.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable. After you submit your application, The Maynard 4 Foundation will send you an invoice for the $50 application fee. This fee must be paid when you submit your application; otherwise, it will be rejected.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, cashier’s check, or money order. We do not accept cash. If you pay electronically, please be aware that you will be responsible for any transaction fees.
