Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment

By submitting your child’s application, you agree to the following:

  • You have reviewed and understand all Eligibility Requirements as well as Program Fees and Payment Options.

  • You consent to all video, photography, and media coverage during and after the program. The Maynard 4 Foundation may use these materials for promotional and professional purposes.

  • You hold The Maynard 4 Foundation harmless for any liability related to participation in the pageant and related events.

Photo Submission Made Simple

Please send us a clear photo of your young lady that meets these simple requirements:

  • The photo must be from the chest up

  • She should wear a solid yellow blouse or dress

  • The background must be solid white (a white wall or sheet works perfectly)

  • No T-shirts, selfies, low-cut tops, or multi-colored outfits allowed

Helpful tips:

  • If your phone has Portrait Mode (or Bokeh Mode), use it — it softly blurs the background and makes her stand out beautifully

  • Use the back camera, not the selfie camera, for better quality

  • Take the photo in natural light — near a window is perfect

  • Make sure her face is in focus, centered, and there’s a little space above her head

  • Make sure it is hi-resolution (at least 300 dpi)
  • Ask someone else to take the picture for best results

When you’re done, email the photo to our Brand Manager, Mrs. Chauncyne McHoward at: admin@ckiniondesign.com

This image will be used for her official program bio and marketing materials — so take your time and let her light shine!
